Great experience, really nice hotel. Loved they took us to Market Square via golf cart. Super hospitable staff, rooms are big.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to the convention centre, making it ideal for a business trip. The gym was also nice an accessible 24h.

The only extras we used were the valet parking. The service there was excellent. We had car trouble the valet found a towing service and repair service very quickly. We called the repair service and they diagnosed our problem over the phone so we didn't need the tow and solved the problem so we were on our way again. We ate in the restaurant and thought the food and service was excellent.

Rooms were immaculate and staff was wonderful. We particularly loved the older man who worked the desk. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. He was so sweet and personable. He talked to my children when we checked in, remembered them when we checked out, and gave them hot chocolate truffles. He was such a warm welcome and fantastic staff member. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the downtown area.

Everything was immaculate as usual. Our favorite amenity is the black car service as we are usually coming to town to see a show at Thompson-Boling Arena. Is so relaxing to not have to fight traffic and struggle to find parking :)
